Hello, my name is Gabrieshka Serrano Vazquez. I am a 19-year-old transfer Junior in the Winthrop University Bachelor of Social Work program. One of my family’s and my lifelong goals is to create an El Coqui establishment that serves some of Puerto Rico’s traditional cuisine. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, as well as my family. We love to share fun facts, stories, food, and experiences relevant to our culture, as we hope others love the culture just as much as we do.

The purpose of my website is to have a visual representation of our restaurant, where individuals can learn more about our culture, and see the dishes we serve and take pride in serving.
